Pilates for Every Body

Like many dancers, Sarah first began practicing Pilates as a means of cross-training for her dance career, but she has since fallen in love with the method's ability to improve a person’s quality of life through injury prevention, pain reduction, and correction of imbalances in the body. Her sessions focus on technique, alignment, effective movement pathways, and helping each student achieve their personal best. She is deeply committed to assisting all bodies at all fitness levels to benefit from the wonders of Pilates.

Sarah completed a comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Pilates NYC under the supervision of Anna Howington. Continuing education credits include the Healthy Moms® Perinatal/Pelvic Floor workshop and Working With Older Populations workshop at Moving Strength.
